Cancellation Policy

At Lasermark, all of our products are custom-made and manufactured to order. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we have the following cancellation policy in place.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • After 12 hours, cancellation requests may not be guaranteed as production may have already started.
  • Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All engraved and custom-manufactured products are made specifically to your specifications.
For this reason:

  • Custom orders are final sale once production begins.
  • We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer in artwork proofs, spelling, measurements, or design specifications.

 

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all proofs and order details before final approval.

Bulk & Commercial Orders

For large-volume or commercial orders:

  • A deposit may be required before production begins.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

  • Cancellation terms for bulk orders may be outlined separately in your invoice or quotation agreement.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and state the reason for order cancellation.
