Lasermark operates in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and provides industrial tags, custom laser engraving, and related products and services.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Lasermark reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Request additional information before processing an order

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed once production begins.

Customized Products

Most Lasermark products are custom-made to order.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing all artwork, spelling, dimensions, and specifications before approval.

  • Once approved, Lasermark is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

  • Custom and personalized products are final sale once production has started.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For bulk or commercial orders, a deposit may be required.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Lasermark is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Free local delivery (if offered) applies only within designated Edmonton areas.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of Lasermark and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork submitted to Lasermark for engraving.

Lasermark is not responsible for trademark or copyright violations resulting from customer-submitted content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lasermark shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business interruption

  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the order

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Interfere with website functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
