Refund & Returns Policy

At Lasemark Labels & Tags, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are custom-made, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review the policy below carefully.
Return Conditions
- Return Period: 15 Days from the delivery date
- Restocking Free: None
- Refund Time: Within 7 working days
- Shipping costs for Returns: Free
Delivery Day Return Policy
Our return policy is based on the delivery day. Not on the purchase day. To ensure you have enough time to inspect your purchase. If an item is in transit beyond the specified 15 Day return policy period, we will consider this and allow returns accordingly. The Return policy period starts from the day the item is delivered to your specified address.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us:
- Contact our customer support team at hello@lasemark.com with your order number and reason for return
Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with a return shipping label (if applicable)
- Return Packages are issued only from within Canada
Packaging and Shipping
- Ensure the item is in original condition with all tags, extra accessories, and original packaging included.
- Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping the return to the address given in the return authorization.
- Return the item using Canada Post with the provided return label from steps 1 and 2.
Required Documents:
- Include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item
- Attach photos if necessary to support claims of damage or defects.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If Approved, refunds will be processed within 1-2 Business Days to your original payment method. The method of refund will be the same as your original payment.

Lasemark Labels & Tags reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
