Thank you for choosing Lasemark Labels & Tags. Below you’ll find important information about how we process and ship orders across Canada.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all provinces in Canada via Canada Post.

We are actively working on expanding to additional carrier partners in the future to provide more delivery options.

Shipping Costs

Canada-Wide Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $20 CAD

  • Free Shipping on orders $100 CAD above

  • Free Local Delivery within Edmonton, Alberta

  • No hidden fees

All shipping rates should clearly be displayed at checkout. No hidden fees.

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order was placed.
  • Daily cut-off time: 5:00 PM MST
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST will be processed the following business day.

 

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Orders can be tracked through the Canada Post website or mobile app for real-time updates.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location within Canada and Canada Post service standards.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or need to make changes:

  • If for some reason incorrect delivery address has been entered. Please contact us immediately at hello@lasemark.com
  • We can only modify or cancel orders before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
